Our system is designed to allow a business to implement its Human Resources Forms and Processes electronically to improve performance and efficiencies. It uses a web based BPMN 2.0 compliant diagram interface for the creation of Business Processes that are used to define a given process, including:

• The creation of HTML 5 web forms to be utilized for starting a process or completing Human Steps
• To send e-mails out through a message task
• Apply conditions to both the start of a process as well as for conditional branches
• Assign Human tasks to specific users, groups, roles or combinations of groups and roles
• Assign Human tasks to specific users, groups, roles or combinations of groups and roles based on given conditions at the point of the step
• Gather statistics on the time to execute and the number of times executed per step
• Allow for a breakdown analytics of a deployed process to see which tasks/lanes are costing the most time for a process execution
